Returns & Exchanges
Hi, busy bee! Hopefully you love everything you have purchased,
but if something doesn’t work out for you, here’s what to do:
Is your item eligible for return? We can help you determine that:
- Items must be returned unworn & unwashed.
- Items must be free from stains & odor, i.e.: pet, smoke, deodorant.
- Original tags must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work to make things right!

- Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items include:
- Intimates & Face Masks
- Items purchased at a discounted rate
- Gift cards
- Holiday related items
- Items must be returned to store or postmarked within 21 days of purchase.
How to Make A Return:
- Return for an exchange:
- Contact us immediately at (469) 793-5444, we will check stock availability & place your item on a temporary hold if in stock. Item will be held until original arrives to us as long as proof of shipping is provided.
- Exchanges are shipped at customer cost unless otherwise determined by management.
- Return for store credit:
- Items must be postmarked within 21 days of the original order date.
- Returns are shipped at customer cost unless otherwise determined by management.
- Bee Fly & Co. does not grant refunds unless otherwise determined by management.
- When mailing a return:
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return journey.
- Please include the original receipt or return form provided by Bee Fly & Co.
- Send returns to the following address:

- Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt, keep an eye on your email inbox for updates!
- Returns that do not meet requirements for exchange or return may be subject to a restocking fee. Please be sure to check out our return guidelines listed above!
- Ineligible returns can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense if chosen to do so.
